Creating Your Dream Sheet

Share

Everyone needs inspiration. Some need it more than others. I’m one of those which need it on a regular basis. I find that it helps keep the fires stoked when the day seems long or when I have one of those days when nothing seems to go right.

So what I put together was a dream sheet. A dream sheet is nothing more than a single sheet of paper broken down into four sections. Those sections are:

Personal Goals
Financial Goals
Thing Goals
Career Goals

In each section, I have two goals written down which I want to achieve in the next six months. These two goals are the ones which mean the most to me. Then underneath each goal are a couple of reasons why I want to achieve that goal.

For example, under Personal Goals, I put down that I want to get my weight below 195 and have a 36 inch waist. Under that goal, I wrote down some reasons why I want to do this. One is to be healthier. Another reason is to show my kids the importance of eating right and exercise.

I have put together a Dream Sheet which you can download and fill out. The file is a PDF file and is completely free to download. Filling out a Dream Sheet can be fun and inspirational. Then once you are done, you can post it on your wall next to your desk or keep it somewhere close so you can go over it when you need that shot of inspiration!

What do you do for inspiration? Let me and everyone else know in the Comments below. Thanks!
